Genuine Flutter plus native Kotlin and Swift depth, with a long Clutch record.
Large Polish product house with strong design and process — the dependable European flagship.
Not a pure app studio — it places on AI-search readiness. Pick it when you want a European partner that builds AI-integrated apps and makes the business behind them findable; for raw app craft, the studios above go deeper.
Real Flutter expertise and a strong web side for products that need both.
Kraków design-led studio for consumer apps where UX carries the product.
Ukrainian engineering firm, dependable, with healthtech experience.
A European studio builds under GDPR whether your app needs it or not, so data-minimisation, lawful-basis thinking and EU data residency come baked into how the team works rather than retrofitted after launch. For any app touching EU or UK users that's a real head start — consent flows, data subject requests and processor agreements are familiar ground here. And if your buyers or investors care about where personal data physically lives, keeping it on EU infrastructure is a much shorter conversation with a vendor already inside that regime.
Europe sits between US onshore and far-offshore on price, and that's the whole pitch. You don't pay American rates, but you're not chasing a team twelve hours out of sync either. Central and Eastern European hours overlap a good chunk of the US-East workday in the morning and reach into Asia in the afternoon, so a Europe-based team can act as a bridge across both. The engineering hubs are deep — Poland, the Baltics, Ukraine and Portugal each carry strong, well-regarded talent — and multi-country delivery across several languages is routine rather than exotic.
My take. Europe wins when you want most of the quality of a top US studio without the top US invoice, and when working hours that touch both America and Asia genuinely matter to your team. It also wins for anything GDPR-sensitive or multilingual across EU markets, because that's home turf here. Pick the US instead when the app is design-critical at the very top end or when US procurement rules force an onshore vendor. Pick Asia when raw cost is the single dominant constraint and you can manage a wider timezone gap. Europe is the balanced choice — rarely the cheapest, rarely the most expensive, usually the least compromised.

Strong engineering at rates below the US, plus timezone and contract proximity for European and UK buyers — the nearshore advantage. Quality at the top end rivals anywhere.
Poland, Ukraine and the Baltics have deep, well-regarded engineering talent, with strong product and design studios across Western and Central Europe. Portugal has grown into a strong hub too.
A European studio works under GDPR regardless of your app, so consent flows, data subject requests, processor agreements and EU data residency are familiar ground rather than a retrofit. For apps touching EU or UK users that's a real head start.
Central and Eastern European mornings overlap a good part of the US-East workday and the afternoons reach into Asia, so a Europe-based team can bridge both. That overlap is a big part of the nearshore appeal for transatlantic projects.
